Amazon may contact the police to verify the authenticity of the report, particularly If they believe there's some type of Inconsistency.

Do you think i’ll experience  problems or something since i really want to get this refund someway or another while keeping the item without getting in trouble/caught out

Amazon obviously believes It's a legit claim, so provided suspicion hasn't been raised, complexities with the claim Itself will be at a minimum.
