I was just wondering, If I, for example try to SE an Iphone with the Sealed Box method, and they acctually notice that it isn't the real phone, can I still send them the real one to at least get my money back?

Pretty sure you can still send it back, just say it was a mistake.

But do they accept the phone without the original packaging? Because you already send it to them?

Not sure to be honest, depends on the company. With the method you need to research companies return and refund policies extensively.
