So I’ve managed to get a translated version of the PR and send that to Amazon.
Not even 30min later they reply saying they cannot verify the details of the report  and so they cannot help me in this matter.

You've complied with every aspect of their request, so there's no excuse for Ignorance on their part.

Which details are they referring to? Tell them to explain themselves.

Is there any other email I can try to escalate this because it seems they’re just going to continue saying they can’t help me.

Use the same point of contact, and request your claim be escalated.

The details they asked for were number and value of the my order, tracking number and carrier name and relevant authorities signatures or stamps which are all on the report.

I have questioned them why they say they cannot verify the police report and I’m waiting on a reply.
I am starting to understand why some refunding services avoid Amazon Spain.
