I’ve actually manage to get a police report on my local language but now Amazon are saying they need a report in English or Spanish (Amazon.es)

My goodness.

Tell Amazon to translate It. I'm sure they're capable of doing such a simplistic task.

I highly doubt the police have the means to give me a translated version.

If Amazon refuse to comply with what I've mentioned above, tell them what you've said - the police Is unable to provide a translated report.

So I’ve managed to get a translated version of the PR and send that to Amazon.
Not even 30min later they reply saying they cannot verify the details of the report and so they cannot help me in this matter.
I am running out of options, it looks like I’m talking to a brick wall.
So far I’ve only been emailing the regular customer service email.
Is there any other email I can try to escalate this because it seems they’re just going to continue saying they can’t help me.
