UPDATE:they reimbursed me I sent them a handwritten affidavit + a scan of my ID card via paypal (I launched a claim) that I normally had to send by email I told them that I was short of material and that therefore I could only send them by attachments.

everything I post is purely fictional and any reference to real life events is purely coincidental.
