I can tell you it's flagged indefinitely.  I don't think they'll close your account.  They may require police reports moving forward for any replacement/refunds though.

Do you think If i had not raised multiple suspicion in short amount of time there was a chance my account automatically(like after some sort of cooldown period) gotten UNFLAGGED which I BLEW MY REGULAR SE'ing activity?
From now I'll prefer to save my account & keep my purhcases legit!

agreed. the some time off hitting that account ie >6 months, have several legit purchases and stop double dipping 

in the mean time start a stealth account and start building that back up

Nah bro, after that last warning I'll prefer to keep all of my purchases legit only...no more SEing. Its the 3rd' mail from ofm's language that scared me & made me change my mind!
I make ALOT...i really mean ALOT of purchases for myself, home & family EVERY SINGLE MONTH. And to be honest amazon has so far given me awesome deals & excellent service so now LEGIT I feel bad for SEing them too much "in short burst of time", which is why I BELIVE they caught me. Time to quit all these stuff before they decide to permanently kick me out of their platform.

As what @elemenowpee said, start a stealth account and use that instead for refunds. Your personal account for personal transactions, just to keep on the safe side.
