UPDATE: so far I have contacted Amazon on Friday via chat telling them that I still haven't received my package even though it says delivered they told me that they have forwarded my request to the "department in charge" something like that and asked me to wait 24 hours and contact them again if I still didn't receive it.

I contacted them again today and they told me that my request has been forwarded to the department in charge and that I will have an answer by email within 2 days.

They've opened an Investigation.

If you don't hear from them In a couple of days, get In touch and ask when the claim will be finalized.
