I’m assuming this is because they will look at the details of the previous SE- name, address, payment detail etc. let’s say if I was to carry out the SE but by changing my payment method to my PayPal and change the delivery name but get it delivered to my house, could I EB it?Thanks for clarifying your post.
Unless a totally different account Is used, the reason I suggest to change methods, Is because It's unlikely the same event will be experienced from the very same company on a given account.
For Instance, let's say you've used the DNA method three times In a row In a space of 10 weeks, with legit purchases In between each claim. Even though the legit transactions took place, the likelihood of the package not arriving each and every time (from the same company & carrier), Is very slim. As such, It will certainly raise suspicion to the point of a thorough Investigation which can lead to many consequences.
That's just an example - the same applies to every method.
Im going to eB AirPods from curry’s. Should I make a legit order on an account which is 3 years before carrying out the SE?
