What method would I use for a set of Apple AirPods Gen2 ordered from Walmart but was delivered with no box or package, just the actual physical box of AirPods?

The EB/missing Item method, by saying the AirPods were not enclosed.

I tried to go with Missing Item method and claimed the items were missing through a manufacturer error but due to the photo taken of delivery the CSR said it was not eligible for a claim

What photo are they referring to?

The AirPods box Itself Is fully covered In cardboard on all 6 sides, hence the AirPods cannot be viewed externally, so how can a photo conclusively deem the goods were not Inside? I'm not targeting all this at yourself, but rather Walmart to justify their reason (based on what I've said) as to why your claim was declined.

My guess is they are referring to the delivery photo that the courrier took when he dropped it off. I'm thinking maybe they saw the plastic manufacturer seal around the white Apple box in the photo but I'm not sure. I did try telling them that the small white Apple box did not contain the headphones or charging box but they still said to dispute.
