Edit: Also anyone legit will take payment after they've done the job, so you should be good to try whoever you like without fear of being scammed.

I’ve refunded quite a lot in the past but really just Amazon. Haven’t got much experience with other websites nor the confidence lol.

although amazon seems to be the easiest (in terms of their lack of investigation), there is not a great deal of difference in the methods, manipulation etc. Just give it a go, if all fails send the item back for a legit refund
