I was trying to go down the route of not refunding because I wanted to space out my refunds for more valuable items

So what method and approach do you have In mind?

I was thinking of faulty item in order to get a replacement. Ive reached the stage where these companies want video and proof purchase to approve the replacement.

So should I just go with corrupt file method or perhaps just manipulate them into letting me empty box them for the replacement?
