Hi, I bought a dualshock4 on micromania.fr a french electronic store (i'm french) and I don't know yet what method to use to refund the handle that I will receive tomorrow:
someone I spoke told me that he was refunded through paypal saying that the controller was not in the box with a picture of the box without the controller.
I hesitate between 2 methods:
-EB film the unboxing of the controller and remove just before the controller of its seal . reclaim paypal
-DNA via the support of micromania.
what is your opinion ?
