Be sure to ask them to justify their reason to file a PR.

They told they contacted, the store, the carrier to make sure all process were done correctly and they told me they don't go into details because their legal team have every detail, which would be used to with the police for a another investigation with a police report.

Not sure what to do now, any pointers?
