I've dealt with many closed PayPal accounts but I've never known them to close an account over 1 issue.  They may lock it, but with the option of sending docs to verify you and allow you to use it.  How old is the account? Have you emailed the higher end support team?  It's been forever since I had to so I don't even know if it's still active/if they still have one, but it was to appeal account closures basically.

No I havent yet I called the support twice and after being "passed around" a few times to different people there one guy said that the case was pretty clear and I could only send a formal letter to Paypal Luxemburg or sth.
It was my private Paypal account and I had it since 2016 tho I'm active since 2019ish maybe..
But thanks I will try to look for an Email Adress from the support any Advice on what I should write them?

Ask him to provide evidence of where It states In their terms, that an appeal cannot be made with account closures.

I did appeal the first Email in which they first told me that my account will be closed after that I received another E-Mail saying they looked into my account and it will be closed with no chance to Appeal but I will maybe write that in a Mail to them? Also do you think I can ask for the "evidence" they have against me for closing the account?

Just explain the situation, you had 1 issue, and that's all, they should be able to cut you some slack.
