I did appeal the first Email in which they first told me that my account will be closed after that I received another E-Mail saying they looked into my account and it will be closed with no chance to Appeal

I understand that, but given they've said you cannot appeal their decision, It must be stated In their terms and not based at their discretion.

Just because they've stated no further action can be taken on your end, It doesn't necessarily mean It's true and correct. That's why I've suggested to ask them to provide a snippet of their terms that clearly states the appeal cannot take place.

Also do you think I can ask for the "evidence" they have against me for closing the account?

Absolutely.

They've said your account was assessed and closed without the opportunity to appeal, which Is certainly not good enough. Evidence must be provided that fully supports their decisions.

Alright I will write them today or tomorrow and return here with any updates I get from them. Im just a bit scared of any legal trouble if I continue to fight them
