You are talking about this replacement with a dummy one. As I know, new iPhone is in the apple box which is foil-wrapped. Those dummy phones are also in the boxes and the replacement will be one to one?

Ok but I have doubts. The apple box is foil-wrapped so I won’t be able to do the same after open. So if I open it, they will recognize and check the phone. The question is - do they turn on the phone? The best way would be send the untouched apple box back. Any ideas? Please advise

Edit: I have read about sealed box method. Someone wrote to put fake item with similar weight to the box, cover box with the tape as the original one, and send it back. He told that Amazon dos not open that box, only weight matters. After that, refund will be granted.
I can’t believe that Amazon doesn’t open the box to be sure whether correct item is inside. What do you think?
