Do you know if this special ink work with a normal printer or it needs a special dedicated printer?

You can fill Ink cartridges with the disappearing Ink.

Much the same as refilling the normal cartridges.

But you need non used cartridge to refill it by disappearing ink. There are special printers of epson and canon with empty tanks for the ink. After unpacking, you can fill all fours tanks with inks attached.
