Let me explain .Amazon give that to dhl and dhl give that to another courrirer.So I called and say I called you guys before the address change said bevofer my address was wrong and somebody got it.So they said I need to wait for 2 days to investigate.What should I do?
Edit: delivery man called and want otp.After that I gave him that. And he leave it on the porch.

So at the end of It all, did they reschedule the delivery with an OTP and the package was left unattended on the porch?

No they get the otp and leave it on the porch. and its status is delivered.
