I have an ongoing SE with shade station uk, I ordered some Tom Ford sunglasses last week they arrived this morning I have claimed missing item. The glasses weren’t in the case. The glasses weighed 30g. Total parcel weight inc glasses was 420g. The label on the parcel said it was weighed at 200g they are saying they have cctv footage to prove these were sent. Is there a way I could bypass this and still successfully get a refund.
