Basically I bought a lens from a completely different company, shipped by Royal mail. I told them it didn’t arrive and they told me to fire over eight missing item complaint through Royal mail website and send the reference ID number. This item required a signature which my dad signed for but the signature is just a couple of lines and doesn’t look like a name or anything related to me, should I go ahead and file a missing item complaint or not, i’m worried that they might come and ask questions and maybe see the cctv footage that I would have from the cameras on my house, lmk if that makes sense
