Yes, indeed, but I tried for several minutes to break it with easier hits with no success. The thing is that some bottles would go full shattered or not at all 

Yes, It sometimes depends on the nature of the glass.

For safety purposes, some are manufactured to completely shatter. Smaller pieces of glass Is less likely to cause Injury when handled and disposed of. My earlier post Is based on the majority of perfumes.
