I was thinking to call a delivery guy in a day of delivery and tell  that I have a covid and tell him to leave the package under doors of my flat

If you give Instructions to leave the package at a given location/safe place, you'll be responsible for loss of goods during shipment.

Maybe do you have other idea?

Why not have It delivered to another address?
Friends house, drop, etc.

Even if it will be comunication via phone calling? I think he won't record our conversation.

That's problematic because I don't want to make my friend troubles If the courier will be coming to ask why they are make a refund if he deliver the package :/
