Yeah I meant I’ve filed the PR, they rang me yesterday saying they won’t be investigating it further. I’ve emailed amazon the PR Ref numbers etc. Do I just wait for them to email back or shall I jump back on CS.

If there's no reply within 2-3 days, get In touch and ask where your claim Is at.

If they haven't given you an estimated completion date that's a lot sooner than later, keep repeating It.
