UPDATE- Emailed me now asking for a police report, do I go ahead?

Although a PR Is only required for administration purposes to move forward with the claim, It's not relevant to what you've claimed - the Item was missing In the package Itself, hence It's not a theft-related Incident.

Under the above circumstances, ask them why a police report Is needed.

I submitted the police report, they have rang me and they were very nice about the whole situation I explained the PEB and they said it has to be an error on their end so they will not be investigating this any further. Now do I just email them the PR Ref Number?
