UPDATE -

They arrived and I contacted cs and told them the Airpods where missing from my parcel but the power bank has arrived. She has said it will be Rectified and I will be expecting them by 1st February.

She said she has checked the carrier and they updated the tracking incorrectly as being delivered. Sometimes the carrier updates the tracking incorrectly as delivered whilst it’s on its way.

You've said the package arrived, but the AirPods were not enclosed In the package Itself, so querying the tracking details Is not relevant - you already have the package.
