You've mentioned It completely fades In just under an hour, which means a portion of It will disappear In half that time, hence their scanner did not Identify It.

I've been looking around for other SE forums (not as good as this one ofc), but I've seen quite a big 'splash' recently about this disappearing ink method. There have been posts by prominent members both on <snip> and <snip> that promote this method, telling exactly how todo it. I'm guessing loads of people have done it or are planning to try it in the upcoming week(s).
