Update:

They said they cannot do a refund without the item in hand. I explained that I was freaking out because I had made sure it was in the package and how I needed it for a school project and such. They told me only thing I could do was file a claim with UPS.

I'm stuck, what should I do? escalate the claim? file the claim? @mothered
