I've been doing this for years lol, you just can't abuse it too much or they will limit your account.
Use any of order not recieved / order damaged ( food spilled everywhere ) / missing item in order ( more likely to go trough but they often just refund that one item )
You can just do it trough the app with clicking a few buttons and voila, you're refunded.
and if they don't refund trough app ALWAYS CALL = almost guaranteed refund if you call

Just don't abuse too much, a buddy of mine now has to enter a code provided by the delivery driver on his app to verify he has actually recieved the food, each time he ordered

One way to bypass the code or them not limiting ur acct is ordering from the ubereats website  instead of the app,  creating a new account each time using a phone number from onlinesim.io and using a vcc or new paypal  and you're sorted
