One, given experience with several kinds, in particular legal nootropics (such as HerbalX, l-tryptophan (5-HTP) and several psychoactives; many hallucinogenics, specifically mushrooms), might argue that the real criminality lies in the feeling that one should need to take such chemicals in the first place just to feel oneness and discover the truth.

Man was not meant to find meaning or happiness in mundane tasks. Go to work. Pay taxes. Get a wife or husband. Have kids. No. Man was meant to experience love and life.

In my perspective, taking drugs or not taking drugs, it just depend on one persons moral ethics and beliefs. It's just a matter of discovering oneself and the sole purposes why are they doing it in the first place.
