That's true. But I think it depends on the country/carrier. In Argentina it seems that they don't check weights, I used the partial method 3 times with 3 different companies and carriers and none of them say anything about weight.

In many regions, Nike has been known to be somewhat lenient with cross-checking weights, so I certainly agree with your above comment.

My previous post Is based on an Investigation being opened. If they follow protocol by assessing the claim with a fine-tooth comb (which they have done countless times), I can assure you It will be declined for Items that register a weight on consignment.
