Does anyone have a Royal Mail tracking number which just confirms delivery on an item?

You cannot use a tracking number belonging to another consignment.

They will cross-check It, hence It must show the correct consignor & consignee details.

I have actually returned them but lost my receipt.

Can you request a copy?

Unfortunately I’ve already been to the local PO and they don’t have copies. Looks like I’m going to have to cough up the money. Disappointed really you think sky would waiver this considering I’m a platinum customer of 16 years.

I’ll just pay up and leave we have a new FTTP company locally which I want to try anyway upto 1000mb/s which is amazing for us being rural.
