Company is Parachute. There is a small rip on the seam of one but it's not visible from the exterior clear Parachute packaging. They would need to unzip the bag to notice. And of course there's no parachute tag on them.

Given there's nothing to Indicate the original Item has been replaced, It has a very good chance to succeed.
