Hi, Djardi.
Thank you for contacting Razer Technical Support. My name is Ivy and I will be assisting you with your concern. We hope that you are in good health.
We've received your concern and based on the problem description that you have provided us, it says that you have an issues with your Razer DeathAdder V2 Pro wherein it is not working.
We are deeply sad to know that you're having an issues with this. We are so sorry for the inconvenience it has caused you. This is an experience we don't want our customers to have but no need to worry, we'll do our very best to help you out.
Now, going back to your issue, I have read all the emails that you have sent to us and as carefully checked, it seems that your product was purchased from a seller that is not yet authorized by Razer.
Another thing, even if it is registered to our system but you purchased your device from an unauthorized reseller, your device is not eligible for the warranty. This is the reason we suggested that you need to contact the seller.
You may find time to read the full details of Razer Warranty Policy at https://www.razer.com/warranty#a7 - Exclusions and Limitation.
Thank you for your understanding. Have a great day and stay safe.
For future reference, your case number is XXXX-XXXX.

Can i know your opinion
?
While i think about how to send back the ball in their court tomorrow..
I can claim that the warranty starts with Razer ends with Razer and i don't care for their policy.
