i did everything well, fake sign and both packages of the same order were delivered same driver and same time.

Cs told me this i don't know if incident report is last stage to get refund:

If the Incident report Is approved, a refund/replacement will be Issued.

according to the mail of the incident report amazon will review my request in 1-2 business days but i didn't receive nothing yet and 48 hours have already passed since i send the incident report. Do i go to the chat or call an ask for the status?

i got this message when i reply the mail to send the incident report, maybe they didn't receive nothing yet?

I just claim that to the chat and i got an other mail to fill incident report but this time i got the mail i have to send, i hope this time they'll give me answer

Update: they refund me one package i dont know why they didnt with the second one if it has the same driver and time
