Really tired of them

Somewhat agreed here, just hoping mine might go smoothly.

After boxing they wanted a POP and I created a good one but they telling me that the POP don't match with the product informations and they need the CPU physically.... I told them that I've already send it to them... They are answering like one time every 7-10 days

Don't they want PoP before even starting the SE, it requests it on the RMA page does it not?
