Double SE. The UPS guy left my replacement on the doorstep when he sent it, so I complained to logitech 3 days later that I still hadn't received it, pestered a few times, they had an investigation, then they said they did deliver it, I complained again and they just started my 2nd replacement.
DNA works always, including in replacements.
