Would you recommend purchasing directly or from third party ?
Im thinking of directly because of the reputation.

It's hard to generalize. It depends who's handing the claim at the time of the SE.

A third party entity can be just as difficult as any other business, or on the other hand, extremely simple to SE due to employee lack of training and awareness. It's a lot more definitive If you had a specific company In mind - research and experience will reveal a lot about their operations.

As of now im thinking of purchasing it directly.
The reason for this is because i found the following on their T&C. “ IF YOU BELIEVE A PRODUCT WAS DELIVERED DAMAGED OR FAULTY OR HAS DEVELOPED A FAULT, YOU SHOULD INFORM US AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, “

Would this be any good ?
