Are the above screenshots from PayPal asking you to contact GoPro?

If so and given PayPal Is handling your case, I don't know why they're requesting It. Ask PayPal the reason for their request.

So I went to the resolution centre and said the item had no arrived. It created a chat with GoPro and gave them time to respond. (I assume if they didn't respond I could up the case to a claim and get a refund)
They responded to the claim and asked me to contact customer support.
