[mothered]

Does it show "losing nerves" from only the (client) side, or somehow it shows also from (SE) ?

It demonstrates that you're very annoyed, frustrated and lost your patience and rightly so - you've complied with every request, yet It still doesn't satisfy their needs.

Be sure to Include their message below, and reiterate that you've fulfilled each request.

I sincerely apologize about everything but in order to make a relevant complaint you need to have the product in your possession.

We kindly request the following details so that we may proceed further with your case:

- Digital image of the product with the case number 33771355 handwritten beside or below the given product
- Proof of purchase
- Approximate date of purchase (if proof of purchase is not available)

Also, as you've mentioned, ask your claim be escalated to a senior level and don't allow them to tell you otherwise.

Sent, thanks for advice

You're always welcome.

I still think they'll request to return them, but we'll cross that bridge when we come to It.
