Yes, basically that the items received was the box that the Oculus comes in, mentioned that it looks like it may have been tampered with (tape mismatched and lifted in the picture Amazon sent when delivered)

So as It stands, they're asking to return the original Oculus box with the wrong Item that was (apparently) enclosed.

Do you have a wrong Item on hand?

I called them back and spoke with another rep, I looped back through what I’d told the other rep and she said that the previous rep marked it as ‘Wrong item’ and that they’re expecting the wrong item to be mailed back.

Which when she asked what the wrong item was, I told her “Copy paper, office supplies - I don’t even know, stuff like that.. Complete opposite of what I ordered.. Haha..”

Then, asked about expediting the return process so that the return comes quicker, (7-14 business days to 3-5 :/) which she did by marking it to start the return once the item arrives at UPS and they scan it. 😅

Looking like a success, now I just have to find a shipping scale, copy paper, pens - maybe a stapler for weight. Lol
