If you go with DNA then you will most likely be asked to do a PR.  They will then ask you to wait until it's been entered , usually 24 hours.  After you give them the PR info and they verify it on their end, they should give you a refund pretty quickly.

An Investigation will also take place, which can be a lengthy process at times.
