Undecided Button/Display User ban reason

Thanks Mothered. I think many of the average users miss the page links in the bottom right of the forum. Not that I think they should be moved, but it's not as obvious.

I kinda like the idea of it being displayed on the profile, since we are frequently asked "why did so-and-so get banned?". However, I'm not sure that would stop people asking xD

The thing is its only upgraded users who can see bans.
