I wanna pay a refunder to do a Walmart/target or best buy INSTANT refund

I don't wanna use my own crd and a VCC still freaks me out. I wanna use some sort of prepaid crd, and a burner phone to order

Also sending to a drop

Do most people just use a VCC and send to your own address for this?? Seems very scetchy to use my own info for this
