Got it when this happened to years ago and the processed was completed did they end up giving you the refund? and once I get any update from this situation will post here.

Yes I did end up getting a refund, but because they refused to budge, I had to push the Issue to the absolute limit until they reached breaking point.

As of today I have not received an email from bestbuy and my credit card dispute still the same just the provisional credit. Should I try contacting bestbuy again or at this point just wait?
