As I understand it, you can use the WISB method over the WIR method when there are CCTV in the warehouses. Since the CCTV can't seeif the real item is in the sealed box they got from the manufacturer.

That's one advantage of the wrong Item sealed box method, as opposed to the wrong Item received method.
