Yes.

Just because you've signed, It doesn't necessarily mean It belongs to you - anyone could've signed for It, even the driver himself which I continue to experience quite often. Be sure the fake signature Is somewhat legible, hence the name will not correspond with yours, thereby It will Indicate that you were not associated with the delivery.

I have sat on the thought of what to do in OP's scenario.
Something that I'd be interested to see the result of, is if OP gives a signature, clearly spelt out- but changing the spelling of the name slightly. For example, "Catherine" to "Katherine". Then asking the courier for a photo of the signature given, and explaining to the rep that you think someone has tried to fraudulently sign for your package, but accidentally spelt your name wrong.

Obviously this may lead the claim down a totally different path, but it's interesting to think about.
