After a long back and forth with Amazon I finally got my money back.

I think I was too friendly at the beginning and have not complained enough .
The first three times I wrote to support, I was told to wait 5 - 7 days.

When I wrote to the support the fourth time and they told me again to wait, I lost my patience and asked for my money back immediately.
All of a sudden I didn't have to wait anymore and the refund was processed.

Even though I did not believe in the meantime, because I also got the mail that my package was opened and I do not get a refund.

I have tried it further until it worked

It's hilarious how many people give up, when really they're 1 rep, or 1 further complaint away from getting their refund.
Nothing beats finally receiving your refund, especially after a long wait. It's almost euphoric.
