i never tried to se before so i would like some help on how to do it . The item weighs about 0.5 kg and cost 200 £ . I read past threads and posts on socialengineers website and think the DNA method would work but I read it again and saw the mention of weight playing a factor and in my case amazon says the weight is 0 . 5 kg.

Could I still try the dna method and say that the headphones were missing from the box , or say that they delivered the wrong headphones?
