I actually started the claim earlier, I said that the item did not arrive, stuck with the same story all the way. The item costed $76.00 in total.

Nice work but I hope you realise that you will lose the case if the company responds as they can simply provide the tracking number which shows delivered.

It's not too late to change the case reason to not as described.

Thanks for the responses! Quick question though, if I was to change the pp case to not as described, how would I go about it? Do I just claim the hoodie didn’t come the way it looks like in the picture? Wouldn’t Abercrombie just send the picture of the item I ordered to paypal?
