Don't get me wrong, you've made a very valid point with the AI and It certainly collects & stores logs related to each chat.

My post Is more so based on the fact that representatives and the like, also operate In a similar fashion.

Totally agree with you that they do. That's why for big orders they have the option where you can speak to a real representative.
